Service Description
This complimentary booking allows you to drop off or pick up your wig for any service or custom work. Whether you’re leaving your unit for maintenance, dropping off extensions for a custom wig, or collecting a completed style, this appointment ensures a smooth, organized hand-off. NOTE: If your visit involves trying on a wig, please come with your hair braided down flat so we can properly assess the fit. If you’re dropping off extensions to be made into a custom unit, your hair should also be braided the way you intend to wear it under the wig to ensure accurate measurements. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO COME BRAIDED, this service can be booked alongside your drop-off under: Wig Foundation Cornrows: A professional braid-down service designed specifically for wig prep and measurements. IF YOU PREFER TO TAKE YOUR OWN MEASUREMENTS, a size guide is available for reference (Scroll to the bottom of the page); however, Pastéll Beauty Bar is not responsible for any fit issues that result from self-measured sizing.
Cancellation Policy
This service is complimentary and not subject to standard booking, deposit, or consultation policies. If you’re picking up a wig, any remaining balance or service fees must be paid in full at the time of pick-up before your unit is released. If you’re dropping off a wig, service details and pricing will be confirmed prior to starting any work. Please notify us in advance if you need to reschedule your pick-up or drop-off.
